How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure availability of your date, we recommend that all orders be placed as soon as possible. Occasionally I’m able to accommodate last minute requests.  A rush/expedited fee will apply for those orders.

 

How much is the rush order fee?

What is required to secure an order?

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of your order total is required to reserve your event date. Any orders that are $100 and under must be paid in full. Order that are placed less than 7 days prior to your event must be paid in full

 

Are the deposit/retainer refundable?

All deposit/retainer are non-refundable under any circumstances. We ask that my customers please make certain that you understand the policy and order guidelines before making the payment for your retainer security deposit.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we delivery custom cakes for a fee based on location, distance, availability and time

 

Do you offer tasting?

We offer wedding tastings only. 

 

Do you ship your desserts?
