Terms and Conditions

  1. Your initial retainer deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable or transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  2. A 50% Retainer of your order total is required to reserve your event date on my calendar. Any orders that are $100 and under must be paid in full. Payment is due within 5 days of placing order

  3. Remaining balance of your order is due a week (7 days) before the event

  4. Order that are placed less than 7 days prior to your event must be paid in full and a Rush Order fee of $30.00 will be added

  5. All money paid for goods and services is 100% non-refundable

  6. I will work with you should your event date change (subject to availability)

  7. In the event you cancel, payments and deposit is non-refundable.  

  8. If you or your representative pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Designs by Nache’ possession

  9. Once a product leave Designs by Nache’ possession, I am no longer responsible for damages, care, or handling that may incur

  10. In the case of an emergency or error in your cake or dessert delivery on my part, please contact me immediately so I can fix the issue right away. If you are unhappy with your cake for any reason, please call me the day of your event and explain the situation.  In the rare case that you are unhappy with your cake or desserts and would like a refund, you must call the day of your event so your cake or desserts can be returned. Your cake needs to be untouched and uneaten in order to receive a portion of your payment.
