In the Summer months we do our best to ship body butter in an insulated bag. However, the body butter may arrive to you in a melted state. If it arrives in a melted state, please set it upright into the refrigerator until it solidifies. The consistency may be different but will still provide all of the same wonderful benefits of a natural product.
